Customer support

We're not able to quote and sign you up over the phone - you'll need to do this online. Our tariff rates are available there - just put in a postcode to get a quote; follow the steps through. It should only take a few minutes. Under 'details', you can click on a pink link labelled 'Click here to view your tariff information label' to view the unit rates.

As we are primarily an online business, our support centre is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm on 0330 60 62 675 (excluding bank holidays). 

If your enquiry isn't urgent or you want to contact us outside of these hours, there's no need to wait, just use the links below and we'll ensure we get back to you as soon as possible.

Gas / Electricity Emergencies 

If you have a gas / electricity emergency, the national emergency numbers are:

105 for electricity emergencies

0800 111 999 for gas emergencies
